What boggles MY mind is how in thee fuck did China go from 1950's nuclear technology to 1990's nuclear technology during the eight years of Clinton's presidency. Hmmmmm......oh well. At least they're better prepared to retake Taiwan.

Not just coincidence, bryan. The fat cow and embarrasment of a Secretary of State, under Clinton, Madeline Albright, actually brokered the deal that enabled China and North Korea, btw, to have the technolgy which they currently have.

Not that Bush is all that smart of a guy, but I think his mispeaks and horrible vocabulary, context, etc. are much smaller offenses than giving away secrets vital to national security.
