I don't want to be the devil advocate here, but what proofs do people have to be sure that he actually molested a child? I'm not saying he didn't. I'm just saying...seems those who went after him might have done so for the money, for the fame, etc. when you are as rich as he is, and apparently dumb as fuck as he is, it's easy for someone to make accusations and bring this to extreme proportions. I'm NO FAN of Jackson whatsoever. He made a few good tunes and a few good dancing steps. Whatever. But...doesn't even cross anyone's mind that he might be just weird for liking kids company more than he does with adults and that was enough for someone greedy to go after him?

The prosecution dropped the ball BADLY on this one. They put a family with a history of going after people with money against a celebrity, who had countless reliable witnesses (Macaulay Culkin, etc.) that said he didn't do anything wrong.

First rule of a good prosecution - have at lease ONE reliable witness that the jury can hang their hat on.

i all but knew, from the moment i found out about the history of the prosecutions witnesses that he was gonna get off, or at MOST a slap on the wrist. i'm not suprsed one bit, which is too bad... sometimes i like suprises
