This is what I'm talking about. She DID get a response from the president. He met with her and she had nothing but nice things to say about Bush. One year later she has changed her mind and you know the rest.

This is not out of the realm of possibility. We still have troops in Japan and Germany.

I'll take issue with this one. I place the blame for this on the liberals. Most of my friends are left-leaning and I will not get into political discussions with them. Why? Because they hate republicans with a passion. How stupid is that? The greatest thing about this country is that we can disagree without fear. Not according to libs. If you're a republican you're a bad person. What? You're a Catholic Republican?! Oh me-oh-my!!

I was actually on a job last year and was listening to Limbaugh. The owner showed up, heard the radio and said "You listen to Rush Limbaugh?!!! I won't use you again!" Of course he said it in a 'humours' tone, but you know what, he never hired us again. Too bad I didn't have it tuned to NPR at the time (which I do listen to everyday).

You don't seriously think Limbaugh is anything but a heavily biased guy pushing a partisan agenda do you? If anyone is responsible for helping to create this (probably false) idea that the country is heavily divided, it's Limbaugh and the other talk radio goons.

You can't complain about CNN, the New York Times, the Boston Globe, etc.. if you listen to that kind of stuff.

I actually hear an awful lot of that stuff cause my roommate leaves it on when no one is in the house so the dog hears a human voice.

How can liberals not hate republicans? The R's try to force THEIR morals and ethics based on faith into LAW so everyone, republican, independant, liberal, satanist, athiest, etc has to follow it. How about this: Keep your beliefs out of law and quite a few more liberals will shut the hell up.

Christ, we just finally got liquor stores to be open on a Sunday, the sabbath. We ADDED "Under Gawd" to the Pledge in the 50's. ADDED IT. Therefore it can be TAKETH AWAY. What is the big fuckin deal!!!!!!! It worked without it then in the "Good'ol'days" of our country. Why can't it work without it now, especially since our country is far more religiously diverse now than then?

Republicans won't give up anything. It's too bad liberals have been bitching all these years. Now we have civil rights and women voting and regulations to protect the country from itself.

It's just a difference of thinking, that's all. Libs will always hate conservatives for how they want the government to be, and the same thing applies to the reverse.

Clayton saying Liberals hate Conservatives, vice versa, or anyone hates moderates is a little too strong. Maybe the talk show/radio show people like to say they hate each other to get ratings but the average person on the street does not feel that way!

But if anyone is responsible for making people argue, disagree, and maybe hate it is the conservative radio people. Show me one "mainstream biased news source" such as the evil NY Times that sits there every day and says, "Conservatism is a disease! Conservatism is a disease!" That kind of behavior is very common in conservative media and it does nothing to solve any problems but does a great job at dividing people.

We have new stuff like Al Franken as a reaction to people like Rush Limbaugh but it is no surprise no one is really listening to him, cause Liberals and Moderates just don't like to yell, scream, and call names.

Besides Rush is a freakin hypocritical fat ass druggie! He should be locked up in the federal fuck me in the ass penitentiary with the rest of the druggies! (How liberal was that!)

Come on.. the typical conservative radio/TV show is a yelling screaming match. O'Reiily, Rush, Michael Savage, Howie Carr, it goes on and on.

The typical liberal/moderate stuff is more like NPR, 60 minutes, etc...

Big difference in mentality, I certainly am not joking. Compared to most of what is on TV/Radio listening to conservative stuff is like watching WWE.

Therein lies the problem; conservatives and liberals seem to be two different cultures, rather than two different political parties.

Of course he is. I just like listening to him for the laugh of it. He's not nearly as entertaining as The Savage Nation though!

Al Franken is too busy taking money from boys and girls clubs to actually worry about that twit Rush.

But - he knew nothing about it! Talk about lying liars.....

Libs like Franken and Rhodes preach more vile and hate than any conservative commentator I know (even though Coulter comes pretty close) - and they are supposed to be the kind and compassionate ones!

Viva Air America!

My favorite conservative clown radio moment last week was when Michael Savage tarred and feathered William Rehnquist last week.

He said something totally insane like, "When Rehnquist first stepped up to the bench he was a good conservative, he was even a segregationist. But then the moderates got to him!"

Can't believe he said that on the air!

Bill O'Reilly is a blatant racist.

Ann Coulter is sad excuse for a human being. She should have been born mute, because she isn't too hard on the eyes.

Rush Limbaugh is a pill popping hypocrite.

Al Franken started a failing radio station, and got involved in a screwy money deal. He took out a loan, and with it comes signing a couple hundred documents. Those of you who are homeowners know what thats like. I dont believe he knew anyting inappropriate was going on, because there would really be nothing in it for him. He (himself) is pretty well off financially, and while I'm sure he'd like his radio station to succeed, I highly doubt he would jeopardize his personal finances for it.

Bill O'Reilly is not a racist. I'm not too crazy about him myself, but he's no racist. How did you come to that conclusion?

Ann Coulter makes alot of good sense and I think that is exactly what pisses off the libs. We know how much liberals hate the truth. For lefties, it's all RELATIVE! There is no right or wrong and there are certainly no absolutes. Therein lies the major difference between liberals and conservatives.

No, I'm not laughing............

So, like, for example, it wouldn't be the "truth" that there are no WMDs in Iraq, and thats what we went there looking for?

BTW, who is this "we"? Do you have a turd in your pocket?

OK, so ya got me on the "we" part. But I will stand by the rest of my statement.

WMD have actually been found over there. But, not in the huge quantities that the world was expecting. I think that much of it was taken out before our troops got there.

The whole WMD thing was ridiculous and I wish Bush had just come clean and told everyone that the WMDs that Iraq had or could have had really weren't a significant threat to the American public and we had another (good) reason to invade.

Face it other then Nuclear bombs WMD is not a real national security concern. Even fully weaponized chemical agents have not sucessfully killed that many soldiers on the field of war.

Terrorists would probably be better served trying to capture an artillery shell from one of our naval gunships and explode that in a city.

I want Bush to come on TV and say we have found 1 billion doses of the vaccine for Asian Bird flu hidden in Iraq, that'd be cool and would make the war worth it.

Not a real concern? what do you think would happen with a chemical bomb or a chemical release in 5 or 6 major cities at the same time say 8 am on a thursday. 3 planes into 3 building brought this Nations airlines and transportation business to a complete hault for what 5 days and America has been changed ever since. How many people do you see walking around with chemical suits and gas masks Ben? Not a National Security Concern really... Ben keep wearing those rose colored glasses and not to worry President Bush will keep doing his job, protecting you and all the others that won't open their eyes and do nothing but complain.
