Just go to your local MMA/martial arts place and get into it. It beats the hell out of running on a stupid fuckin treadmill to get in shape.

The place I go on Fridays is taught by Thomas Murphy, who faught on the undercard in UFC 59 (or whichever one was US v. Canada) and was on TUF2.

For $10 a class, I go up there and pound out my frustrations.
