I agree that we really don't have any good choices, at least none that actually has a chance to win. I also agree with richw in that it is EGO that drives these people. Left, right, Dem, Republican, it doesn't matter as they're all the same. They all truly believe that they know better than the rest of us. They see themselves as some sort of moral compass that we all ought to be aligning ourselves with. It's almost like the jerks on American Idol who really believe that they're good because nobody has ever challenged or tried to stop them. While I dont agree with her views, or many of her opinons on alot of the worldly issues going around, I think it says alot to see a female actually in the running.

Now, if we got a female libertarian up there, I'd totally vote for her, just on principal alone.
