Not to be an ass (and not to agree with Bush) but if some one wants to have kids they should be the ones to pay for the insurance, not me (yes, I am the federal government). Its bad enough we have a million or so people having kids that have zero ability to pay for them every year - they want them so they have them. Good Ol Uncle Sam (yup me again) will put them in section 8 housing, provide food stamps, free (to them any way) Medicaid and other social programs. I do not have a yacht because I can't afford one.

I would rather pay for poor kids health insurance than pay to keep sending caskets to Iraq for the next 10 years. How man insurance policies can you buy with $2 Billion a week. GWB has some fucked up priorities and continues to ignore the wishes of the american public.

People tend to be as responsible as they have to be. Failing to provide for your children should be a crime. Instead, it's used to prove a bigger foodstamp allowance is needed.

Much as I am totally contorted the Liberal theory that once the child exists then the society US is better off taking care of it is correct.**

I feel unclean

Once a stupid person of child bearing years must rely on the Sate (us) to take care of their offspring I believe they give up the right to have further children and should have permanent sterilization methods applied such as tubal ligation or vasectomies to continue benefits.


Good to be home again.

Can I use this for my signature line? I've been screaming this for years! There has got to be a simple way of chemically castrating anyone with a single child in the system (aka by wallet)
