I'm Taking on Fastlane Tolls

This past year has been great for my acting career. But it has required me to hit the road a lot, usually in the wee hours of the morning to film sets, usually I must travel to RI, and throughout Massachusetts.

But during the past 6 months, I received 2 Fastlane toll violations, (and was informed of one "warning" which I never received) All three times the tolls have been either completely unattended, or the lights are red, and I am forced to go through the Fastlane.

I put in an appeal for a hearing, but the Fastlane violations, in my opinion are a sham. The hearing person, vigorously defended the fastlane system, and even though I had a photo that illustrated why it was confusing (and it left him baffled) he ordered I pay, and with no investigation of my side of the story.

If you have had a similar experience with Massachusetts Fastlanes, I would love to hear from you. Please Private Message me, as I will be challenging Fastlane in court, in the coming months.

I know everytime I go through the tolls they are all empty. By the way Rhode Island is just like Hollywood. Movie sets everywhere.
