What I love is how everyone that says a comment that isnt necessarily racist, but at the least insensitive, they immediately deserve to be fired. Like this one, and Don Imus, things that should not have been said, but its not the same as if they said, I hate all blacks and they should all be killed.
But then Mike Vick is convicted of lying to a judge and dog fighting and he should immediately be given a second chance, because thats the culture he grew up in and doesnt know better. Give me a fucking break.

It was clearly a stupid thing to say, and yes, TV stations do need to be held accountable, but the lady apologized almost immediately, and clearly didn't mean any harm whatsoever by her comment.

Well I wasn't going to participate in this thread, however I do have a black persons motorcycle in my basement for the winter so I think that makes me somewhat of an expert on the African American race and qualified to voice my 2 cents. Plus I think it gives me street cred...... So, that being said, I think this whole thing is stupid!
