again that makes no sense! they were getting 1.2million someone said "lets give them 5 million" she said "we will give them 3.9" they did not cut funding. they reduced a wastefull amount to a reasonable one that was far more than they have ever received. they are wrong for doing this. what if they requested 100 million and she cut it? where is the line? she still gave them 3.9 million dollars!! this was a huge amount of support and far larger than any previous administration! you are really reaching on this one.

i can handle cutting 5 million down to 3.9. it is the responsable thing to do. but the other fact is she increased the money received by the charity 2 fold and then some. so if you are harping on the fact she cut 5 down to 3.9 and still gave them 2.6 million more than last year then yes she must be the devil.
