I placed an order via their on-line page. I did not hear anything for over a week. When I called I was told that they did not have that size in stock and did not know when they would be getting it in. I asked them to cancel the order.

I then decided that I should check my credit card. Sure enough, they had charged my card the same day that I placed the order, then they sat around and did nothing. I immediately called back and requested that they reverse the charge. I was told that it would happen immediately.

That was 4 days ago, now their computer is down. Mike said that he would call me when the charge is reversed. But I will not be waiting. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card.

I have found this company to have no concern for customer service. I would not recommend that anyone use them.

In short, MotorSport Warehouse sucks!
