They where complete asses to me and delayed how long I was without a bike.
I found Riverside (Yamaha,Kawasaki,Ducati) in Somerville to be great. The owner is always there on the sales floor, the parts and service department I find to be helpful and alot cheaper than the competition. When I crashed earlier this year, the girl behind the counter in parts completely sympathized and had my parts within days.
Thass what I'm talkin bout!!! Why in the hell are there so many friggin idiots out there? WHY!!!???

Cycles is horrible. This I discovered after I bought my bike there.

They couldn't get my exhaust in to save their life - after 8 weeks I gave up. GBM did it in 4 days.

They gave up two sales they would have gotten from my wife and my friend but their attitude got them in both cases.

Last time my bike was in for service it came back missing the cotter pin on the front wheel (they did the front tire) and it was missing bolts in the fairing.

I didn't even bother to call these waste products to inform them their mechanics seem to suck as bad as the salesmen that turned away two deals and their service manager not interested in making a transaction right.

Except for one guy in service, the place just sucks.

My wife has had FANTASTIC experience with GBM. Fast and very courteous.

I too have dealt with Riverside and they are also a great place to deal with. Just one salesperson their and only one tried to do the "I will charge you this much for the bike" over the phone price, and when we came in person he raised the price. So we didn't deal with him.

The girl behind the parts counter is a great rider, I have been out with her a bunch of times and she usually shows up more than half the guys we ride with because they doubt that she can ride. But, by the end of the night they area all saying "damn, she can ride good".

I was working with my brother to get a bike from Sky cycles and they were very accommodating to us and we really wanted to do business with them but unfortunately they couldn't find the bike he wanted.

But one dealership I have recommended and will recommend again and again is Columbia motorsports in CT. We didn't even have to step foot in CT everything was done over the phone and ended up getting a 04 600 shipped from CT to my door on a saturday during the DNC for the low price of $7,500.

Great people down there and they had trouble finding someone to ride up here during the weekened so the owner delivered it by himself.
