Concord Motorcycle

I had my first break down ever, on my SV650 this afternoon, I was at the light at the intersection on Route 4 & 106 in Concord, NH. when the light turned green, I started to go, and about 10 later lost my power to the rear wheel. I had enuf momentum to coast across the road and out of traffic.

At first, I thought my clutch with 100kmiles finally gave out, but at I climbed off the bike I noticed I was dragging my chain. masterlink fell out.

I got on my cell phone and called Concord Honda (½mile away) they were there within 15 minutes with a truck & trailer, and 45 minutes later I was on my way again

Cost $67.08

At the service dept, Bob after getting the info on my SV looks at me and sez 100,798 ???? is that real?

Concord Motorcycle

I have also had good experiences with Concord Honda. They were doing some promo day with a local radio station and the place was packed. I was just looking for a tank bag. The guy behind the counter (don't remeber his name) listened to what I wanted (magnetic, medium size and expandable), asked me what kind of bike I had (cbr 600), and then pulled two from the display to go and try on a bike on the floor to see if I liked them.
This is the type of service I like to get, and I made sure to ask to see his manager and compliment this. There are many shops that could learn a thing or two from Concord Honda. Keep up the good work...

Concord motorcycle shop is awesome. I used to ride the hour there before I moved closer to it.
Even guys with Cruisers spend there time going there before there local Metric shop.
