Top local Ducati mechanics...OK guys, I need your input here... I'm wondering if you can recommend QUALITY Ducati mechanics in the area. I've been to Dunbar, and won't go back for ANYTHING. BCM I hear is supposed to know the business, and bikes very well, and do a good job. Thanks in advance for any input you can provide. |

Top local Ducati mechanics...Craig, I'm not a Duc owner but I have been to BCM and spoken with Bruce. There's no question, BCM is the best locally and from what I hear, they may be the best in the nation, Duc riders come from 1000 miles away for service at BCM. besides normal maintenance, they also do custom exaust mods and custom frame mods and from what I've seen, better than factory quality work. |

Top local Ducati mechanics...Randy's right! I've heard NOTHING but good things about BCM. Not only are they good, but that'd give you an excuse to stop by The Crib!! However, I've HEARD that the exhaust dude is no longer with them. But I can't confirm that as of yet.... |

Top local Ducati mechanics...OK guys, thanks for the tip. And...Jay, I might get the bike serviced there JUST to be able to swing by the Stone Crib! I've searched in Superpages.com, and I have their contact info. I'll follow up, as I'll be needing a 4,000 mile service during the next month or so (the bike has 2,400 miles on it now, and I intend to RIDE IT!). Many thanks! Top local Ducati mechanics...Guys, I went to BCM the other day, and spent several hours there - THEY ARE AWESOME! Just this tiny little shop...with the best Ducati tech's around, and Bruce & Susie are SO customer focused - it was a great experience. I had to admire the bikes he had there (virtually every model, and TWO 996 R's!). Anyway, I will DEFINITELY be going there for ALL of my service needs for the bike. Thanks Jay / Randy - you were right on the money with this recommendation... ![]() |
