The reason I am writing this review is to let everyone know of the great customer service that both these companies have given myself as well as many other RC51 owners.

Last April (2003) I bought a few products from Dan Kyle Racing (kyle racing ) one of which was a slip on titanium exhaust system that is handmade by Sato racing. Dan Kyle is the US distributor for Sato. After using the system and speaking with other RC51 owners a few of us were having the same problems, the problems were excessive shaking of the exhaust cans, which caused some welds to fail as well as some of the rivets to come out. I emailed Sato last Saturday (October 23, 2004) after using the exhaust for a year and a half and told them off my problems. MONDAY morning I had an email waiting for me that stated that I will be getting a brand new exhaust system this coming Friday from Sato Racing out of Japan. They appologized for any inconveniences and hoped I would be happy with their products once again!

To me this is above and beyond! They did not ask me to have a motorcycle mechanic look at it and write up the issues but they followed through with their commitment to stand behind their products 100%. I am very happy I spent the money I did to purchase a fabulous product!

I guess they could quiet them a little by putting a catalytic converter in the exhaust...you know kinda like yours!!!

No Sato dealings personally but I hear they are top notch from the dudes on the rr site.

Though I've given Dan my buisness in the past and he has always gone above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. His expertise is frightening to say the least, and he has bent over backwards for me even when it was a miscomm. on my end. Kyle Racing rocks
