Cycles! 128.....wow!

I gotta say, Cycles! 128 just won me back as a customer. I've been saying for over a year now that I was never giving them ANY of my business ever again. Last year for the 16k mile service they had it for a month. A year before that they had my Honda for a month....both in prime riding season. They've always been quick to give me a runaround regarding just about anything.

Well I dropped it off for the 30k mile service yesterday at lunchtime (all covered under my maintainance/warranty plan, which has paid for itself triple in 2 years). I told them to only bother doing the valve adjustment, and check the swingarm bearings (so as to not give them any excuse to have it for too long). They checked the torque on every bolt..checked the swingarm/wheel/head bearings, replaced a gasket of some sort, plugs, oil/filter, valve adjustment (2 were pretty tight, I can actually notice a difference in how smooth and strong the motor feels now), and they even checked the TPS and throttle body sync! Oh yea, and did I mention I picked it up today after work? :biggrin I made a comment about the 1-month fiascos to the kid that wrote up my service visit...and he seemed pretty shocked, so I'm hoping they're getting their shit together finally. They DID completely redo their service dept (now about 8x as big as it was before, no lie!).

So, Cycles! 128 has officially done me better than ANY dealer ANYWHERE has ever done me (hee hee....done me). I never, ever, thought I'd be saying this.

They sell Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha...etc. So yea, I'd guess that they'll service Yamahas too. Give 'em a ring to be sure. 978.927.3400
