I purchased an undertail and hugger for my 929 in July of 2001. My left tailight running light burnt out and I couldn't find a bulb for the life of me. Went to Napa, VIP, Wallyworld, Ames etc. No luck. Even tried Grainger and Siemens.

While taking out the bulb to match it up, I noticed that the plastic lens cover was melting a bit due to heat build up from the bulb.

So, I sent an email off to Erik up at Mototeck on 8/13, about where to obtain bulbs and about the melting plastic. and he sent a response out immediately.

Here is his response

HI need your mailling addres,
I will send you the new design tail lens assembly.

Received today 2 brandy new LED replacement assemblies. WOOOHOOO!
