Lockhart Phillips - while carrying a great line of products - has got to me one of the least responsive suppliers out there.

Recently, I contacted them, and told them that I was interested in ordering different back protectors for my Spidi suits. They pointed me to a dealer (Wareham Cycle Center). When I went there, they promptly told me that they would never deal with LP again - because of slow / no service.

So, I went back to LP - explained what happened, and asked them to take my order directly. The purchasing manager Kelly Krall, actually took my contact info, and promised to have a salesperson call. I haven't heard from them - again - for a few weeks. I think I'm just going to give up ordering from them...
