Dowco Motorcycle Covers

Good thing they come with a lifetime warranty. The elastic band near the front tire snapped over the summer, and I waited till winter to send it back to them.
They were pretty quick with email responses and told me 1-3 business days for a turn around. Cost me $8 for ground shipping from FedEx to ship it out on Jan 19. Waited over 2 weeks and no word from them. Emailed Dowco for an ETA and they claim they never received the cover yet. Pulled up tracking info from FedEx and sent Dowco all the tracking info on who and when the package was signed for (Jan 21). Yesterday, I received a new cover. Looks like they lost my cover and just sent me a new one because they messed up.
Over all, customer service was ok and responded within a day for emails. If you need to ship something back to them, make sure you get a tracking # and follow up with them.

Re: Dowco Motorcycle Covers

The elastic "seal" that covers all of the interior seams has fallen out of my cover. I should send it back while my bike is still in the shed.

Re: Dowco Motorcycle Covers
