Kudos for Rindge Motorsports...

So, this week my Woodcraft frame sliders arrived. After trying to get the motormount bolts off the F4i with no luck, I jumped on the bike and drove around the corner to Rindge Motorsports. I went right down back to the garage and spoke to the mechanic, Heath. I asked him if there was a trick to getting the motormount bolts out and what I was trying to do.

He grabbed an impact wrench and walked over to my bike and started loosening the bolts. He then asked me if I had the sliders with me. (Which I did!) He then proceeded to install them for me. And said, there you go... No charge... Now I know that it wasn't a lot of work, but to me, it was the goodwill and customer service.

I went in yesterday to bring him a coffee and was asking him a couple of questions about the bike. (I'm about as mechanical as a rock) and he takes me into the back room, and pulls out the official Honda service manual for my F4i and shows me what I was looking for. He then lets me take the manual home and use it for as long as I need it...

They're a small shop quite a ways from most of you, but if you're ever in the area (Rte. 202 in Rindge, right over the Winchendon line) these guys are fantastic!

I've been there a couple times just looking around at things but hearing this will make me think twice about driving all the way to Keene. Even though I like the service there as well. I do believe they are under the same ownership? Rindge is right on my way home from work. Keene, not so much!
