I've just received my second order from www.speedzilla.com and was greatly impressed. I placed an order for the wrong size and the order was finalized before I realized my mistake.

I e-mailed them the next morning, and got a reply right away. They said that the order was already packaged and ready to ship, but they would open it and make everything right.

Most companies I have dealt with don't even respond to your e-mails within the same week.
