Definetely good customer service skills combined with a level of technical expertise in the field and a good history of dealing with similar issues and the wanton need/ability to please their customers so much to the point that they will contact their vendors to find out what you asked.

Outstanding customer service and strong technical knowledge will do a helluva lot more for a company than a top notch product. I can't believe that ANY company would put such a lame effort into answering your questions...
