These guys get a HUGE thumbs up from me!!! Their products are top notch, and they are proof that customer service is alive and kicking...

I emailed them some time ago, just after picking up my TL-R, and the very next day I got a PHONE CALL from them answering my questions. No bullshit, no run around. Just answers. They also sent me a courtesy email a day or two after that...

A short while ago, my wife called them to order a hugger for me. She was thrilled with the way they handled her order. So thrilled in fact, that she called them a short while later and ordered my undertail. And they remembered exactly who she was. I mean, they remembered her by name, and that she had just placed an order, and they even remembered they hadta ship 'em to NH!!! All by name only. Very impressed...

Just last week, I had emailed them to inquire about a small part I wanted to purchase before I made an attempt to install the parts. Following is a quote I received via email from the sales manager that very same day: "...Jay, your wife just ordered an undertail & hugger from us so it is nothing for me to send you the bracket for free. Consider it a holiday gift..." How cool is that? Mind you, the part is a minor piece from them, but how many companies can you think of that would do that?

I have yet to install the parts, but I can see by looking at them that they are of the highest quality. The finish is excellent, and the paint matches perfectly. I'm not knocking anybody's products here, but they are summa the best looking parts I've seen when compared to other undertails & huggers I've researched. And again, that customer service is incredible!!!

Another Thumbs up from me... Craig had infomred me of EGFSMD as this is where he had received his undertail. I had emailed them about making something up for a 929. They didn't have anything made up, but their budy also up near Montreal made undertails for a 929 "Mototech".

EGFSMD didn't have to refer me to anybody, they could have just sent a response that they don't deal with 9's. Most cool. Not to mention their already cool products.

My original plan was to do the suspension and minor cosmetics. After a month of riding my suspension and the back of my engine is disgusting...so I got the hugger to keep it clean. I got the PCIII to iron out the on/off throttle issue...and the pipe, well...because the stock one was HUGE!

Next will be suspension but that's going to be a winter project at the earliest.
