Hudson Yamaha/Kawasaki cycle SUCKS ASS

Let me start off walking through the door the sales guys are OK for sales guys, I have not bought a bike from them so I don't have any insight on them and I will never be able to tell you because I would never buy a bike from them.

Parts Department

I walk over to the parts area and I wait and wait and wait. Finally Mr. hillbilly himself comes over see me then just walks away...not even an I'll be with you in a few.

Finally comes back and looks at me straight across the board and stares and stares and stares some more then he goes well what do you want? I said "Oh are you all done" he looks at me like I have three heads. I tell him "I need an oil filter for a Yamaha 2000 YZF R1" he looks and looks and says a YZ what I said a YZF R1....a 2000 so after 5 minutes he gives me a filter for the 98-99. I tell him it varies from 98-99 to 00 he tells me they are all the same, I say no there not he goes looks 5 minutes later comes back he's got the right one shhhhewwww. Then he gives me an attitude about how most people save there filter box because it makes his life easier. I wanted to say but I did not. Every time I have gone in there I have gotten major attitude for this same service guy.

Serive Area
I drop my Rims off they tell me I have to wait 1-2 days to get them back, now I brought the rims and new tires in I wasn't bringing my bike in.

I come back in after 2 days I see my rims waiting there in the hall with some old ratty ATV pipes laying on them after waiting 5 minutes again....I get instructed to pay the service guy so I take my slip up to the service and there is my favorite guy I hand him the slip he says "well where is the rest of it?" I said they handed me this told me to go pay? He says no there's more "go get the other slip". I head back backing thinking of myself you grab it you lazy fuck! I wait another 5 minutes at lease. Get the slip pay it comes out to $60.00 I said what? I said no there must be a mistake I brought my tires in. He said "no that's the price for bringing in your own tires and having us do the work" I said really? he said "yes I know this". I then asked him well how much would it be if I was to bring my whole bike in and he had the nerve to say "I don't know I'm not the service guy" I snapped and said well you where so sure about the price being $60.00:

So I pay head back and think shit I should really check over there work...I do and man did they do some work all right some work to my rims all scratched up. I'm there for a good ten minutes checking them over finally a guy says are you going to take those?:o
I said what happen to my rims the monkey says what's wrong? I said there all scratched up. Ohhhh that happens all the time I was like WHAT!!! I said this is my second time getting the tires put on and they where mint before! He looks at me like he's never heard such a thing. He then looks at me and says well I can clean them up I said with what he looks at me and says paint in a sarcastic tone I said fine, I then told him about how people make dealerships pay for new ones he says "for what for that come on"! I let it go I said we'll I got to go right now but I'll come swing by in an hour or 2 he tells "No" not tonight I cant get to it I'm to busy. I just wanted out of there so I went steaming out. I come back today to pick them up there they are AGAIN in the hall way with stuff stacked all on and around them rims. I look them over and can you believe it the fucking bastard used black pen to cover up the scratches!!!! After he looked at me like I was some asshole because I asked what he was going to touch the rim up with!

:madfaw:mad fawk:k:

Oh by the way every time I was waiting at any area of this place it was because the employees where to busy talking amongst them self's about personal stuff I never had to wait because they where busy! An another thing to bring your bike in there and want a tire change its going to cost you One hundred dollars!

I will never go there again and I rather go 50 miles to just get a oil filter HUDSON CYCLE SUCKS BIG HAIRY BALLS

I've had tires changed locally for years, and they've never fucked up the rims. Sounds like you're deep in the heart of rube country.
