Well last night it finally happened, I learned how to jump the XR-50. Actually I am very upset it took so long because it is so easy. Over the years I tried and tried again. I just never had the balance or guts to fully commit. My big mistake was trying to jump while standing up. All it took was to take all jumps sitting down and stand up while in the air (Thanks Shawn). I was amazed how easy and fun it was. By the end of the night I was hitting and landing over half the jumps on the McNeil track while racing and keeping up with others. Myself and others were totally amazed we were all wondering what I was on. I went from never being able to jump to hitting 3 big jumps in a row with confidence. On the down side I had my first mid air collision. When racing I always try to pinch people when they try passing me. FYI: That method does not work in the air.
