dirtrider.net has a lot of valuable tuning & setup info, but you've got to dig for it.

thumpertalk seems to have a bit of good 2-stroke info. the minority 2-stroke voice is actually pretty strong there. more so in the off-road section than the MX section.

I haven't checked out those sites thoroughly, but after roadracing 2 strokes for years, I have to say, most dirtriders don't seem to know much about their engines.

I would suggest any forum that is racing specific would have the most knowledge base. Recreational guys don't even jet their bikes, and just ride them til they fail instead of maintaining or tuning them.
