Welcome, always received excellent customer service from these guys (despite not owning a BMW or Triumph)!

Probably the best all around dealer I've ever dealt with. Darrell (owner) and Nic (sales manager) are great to deal with, as are all the folks in the various service and administration roles. I've bought a few bikes (including the current ride) and gear from them over the last ten years. Incredibly accommodating and customer centric in terms of demo rides, service appointments, and parts / gear ordering. You will never feel like you are "being sold" or hounded there. Stop in and check them out.

    I "second" that. (har har)

I bought my 2009 Tiger 1050 from them. The whole experience was awesome.

Their Service department is excellent as well. I had a little confusion on my 12,000 service and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Was on a Daytona 07-10 and 12-current. Always an A+ for being accommodating and reasonable.. Welcome to the board.

Nic has always been a straight shooter with me. I bought my 800ST from him. Best transaction to date.

I have purchased a R1200GS, Speed Triple 1050 and in the process of a F800GS from Nic. SWBMWT is a three hour drive from my house in VT. The trip is worth it. Absolutely the best dealership in the Northeast.

Almost bought a bike from you a few years ago but it didn't work out on my end. Nic was great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new bike from Second Wind.
