New Here and need some advice

    Hello all,

New to Boston. Just moved from GA. Have not taken the 675 out yet but will soon. I am used to N GA mountians, NC and TN riding. Looking for tight turns, long fast sweepers and a rode I can put a beating down on.

I know I am no where near this so what can you folks recommend. I usually tow 1-2 hours, then slap on 300+ miles in a day. Thanks for the help.....

sooooo the roads around here are garbage compared to what your used to lol. But since your willing to tow and then ride you can still have some fun. Western MA has so awesome fun twisties, VT has even better fun twisties if this winter didn't destroy them. Nh also has a lot of good roads i'm just not a familiar with them.

There is nothing in this entire area that will be anything close to what you've seen in the south.

Sorry to put it to you like that but it's the truth.

If you want to come down to western mass.. from Greenfield, ma to north adams ma over the mountain along the mohawk trail rt 2 is a pretty nice twisty mountain road that is well maintained. Lots of bikers on this road in the warm season.

No really. There aren't any towns in this area where the streets are all perfectly straight. Also none of the states in this area are 3/4 swamp.

its 1.6 miles, get it right. but you can do it over and over and over again, basically till you get tired then you come and rest for a bit then go out and do it again.

Welcome to the forum. Yeah, there isn't much like what you're used to around here. Especially nothing in eastern MA. Very high population concentration.

I work for the railroad out in S. Deerfield. You're right there are some pretty decent roads out that way. Florida mtn is it? I've never taken then bike out there but it does look fun.
