"Smoky Lemon Date" is my new favorite: Base of whole-milk ricotta with smoked gouda, bacon, and dates that have been reconstituted in lemon juice. It's pretty fantastic.
I admit I do need to get some onions carmelized up in here though.

I'm going to concede this one to you right off. You're certainly more a chef than I. Seafood on the pizza is quite the challenge for me; I have to come up with one by summer for the tourist crowd.Good ......!!!!!!!!!

Since I hesitate to have my peeps handling raw seafood in our tiny, fast-paced (sometimes) environment, I have been wondering how to get it onto the pizza cooked and have it come out still tender after 8-10 minutes @ 600 degrees. I also can't do the whole take-it-out-half-way thing when we're running behind on orders and I've got different people to train and such—too much room for error. Another thing: I can't have scallops at $18/lb or whatever going bad on me... ever.
So this all means I likely have to put stuff on frozen. But then I'm not going to win any cooking contest with frozen stuff unless I can somehow defrost, make it special, and then freeze it again or something. I also have to be able to source the ingredients consistently and without crazy effort. Oh, and I have to make the end product affordable! If we can add those constraints to the challenge I might have a chance.
Clams and syrup — interesting indeed. Curious how that would come out.

Hey Moto pizza, I live in Dennis and just took delivery of an r6 for me and a ninja 650 for my fiancé . I think a trip to sandwich for pizza might be a great first trip for us on Monday, weather looks great so far.

Route 6A this time of year is actually a great ride. I may have to bring the new Hyper down and visit next available free day. I have some riding friends in Plymouth that we may have to drag down there. Thanks for the post about the place. It's great to have an excuse to ride somewhere you haven't been in a while.

I was more interested in how his day went, than giving trouble.
Times were way off but I kept it on two. So I'd call that a win. Unfortunately I will not be getting a free pizza. There's always next time.
