Hope to meet up with some members and enjoy some rides and bike nights -

I live in central mass --- and have already talked to a couple of the guys from the boards here --- good people!

Here is a picture of the Buell:

2003 xb9s with a bunch of mods done to it already ----- and of course... still throwing money at it!

Thanks guys...... Hudson mass. No that want me, I actually spent an hour at the registry today getting the bike on the road. Hopefully the weather turns quick so I can ride!

The only Buell I have seen go BOOM is the one that the jackass owner raised the rev limiter and added NOS to a stock engine.

The funny thing is that Eric has 2 things in common with Buell Motorcycles............... He's heavy and a bit slow.

and as far as the chicken strips go...... i JUST bought the bike last week --- did a few mods while it was in my garage - got it on the road yesterday and went for my first ride this morning.

I had an old school FZR before this bike --- so its a little different riding -

yup, when i bought it in '04 i was living in Worcester but moved to Princeton shortly after. still living in Princeton right down the street from Mt. Wachusett. bummed i dont have it anymore cause i had a fun Buell crew to ride with locally... me on the 12, a 9S, a 9R and a tuber.

i definitely had more fun on the backroads with the SXV though. my neighbor followed suit and picked up a 'tarded out XR650R. had some amazing back road rides around here. TONS more to explore and rarely saw cops. snaking west on tiny farm roads, paved or not.

i actually hooked up with a sweet deal for the XB (not sure if you were/are a BadWeb member), got flown out to the Mother Land (East Troy, WI) all expenses paid, hotel, food, etc., took ownership of a brand new machine, group ride to the Buell factory, took a tour, had lunch with Erik Buell, etc. just AWEsome.

met so many great people on Buells. enjoy that thing, it's a classic now

EDIT: you dont have a PDGMoto faceplate on the bike, do you? that was my side biz for a while producing faceplates for the XBs. had fun but didnt have the funds to expand like i wanted. always makes me smile to see one mentioned somewhere. a random guy i met through old college friends (who doesnt even ride) saw an XB in Boston with one of my faceplates on it. sold those things all around the globe. sweet project.

A friend of mine lives in Princeton, and rides an aprila (spelling?) - some decent roads out there.... Hope to head out that way a bunch this summer with him.

I'll probably hear ya from my house on that Buell, this town is pretty small!
