    I've been lurking NESR for some time, but didnt register until today. Picking up my 2008 FZ6 this weekend and looking forward to some saddle time.

    i have had a great time with it so far. hit 500 miles within 10 days. put on a new set of shoes this past weekend- just in time for the rain. roadsmarts grip well- very little slippage in the downpour. one thing i hate about riding in the rain- all the oil slicks on the center of the road. careful!!

    thinking of new grips and a new seat... any suggestions? what grips do you all like? mine are pretty smooth and require a fair bit of palm pressure to maintain throttle- its gets tiring after a bit. maybe new gloves instead??
