^^^ this is very true and I am aware of that. I was considering an area p micro programmer to compensate. Cheaper than a P.C., does the same job and area p will send you tunes for free with every change you make to the bike.

More air in & out, same amount of fuel = lean. Which is worse.

I'd put the stocker back on till you get something else. Not only is running no exhaust SUUUUPER ghetto, it's annoying, sounds horrible and bad for the bike.

In carb'ed an simple closed loop engine management systems, I'm sure it affects fuel mixture.

But haven't these newer bikes reached the technical abilities of modern cars? Open loop controls, air flow or air pressure sensors with O2 sensors and the ability to adjust accordingly? If so, yes it might change the fuel mixture but I'd expect the computer to adjust to accomodate.

The 300 doesn't have an o2 sensor in the US. It doesn't adjust fuel mixture.

Yea, but then it's not a stubby exhaust, and I'm aware of the rest of what you said.

If I go the route of swapping swing arms, I'll probably go to a single sided one to at least save some weight.
