    Not sure if this is the right forum for me but only time will tell. Just got into riding this year after deciding to build a bike, always wanted to do that. So im going to poke around here a bit and see whats what.

    Sorry, I lost the link to this place.... Thanks for the props... And hey Bill, didnt know who you were untill I saw the picture... I see you lost a few... Keep it up...

    OK, The bike.... Acquired a few yrs ago from craigslist, traded for a table saw...
    This


    Original plan was to change the seat, tank (fucking triple backbone), and bars, yank the fedahs off.... shit like that.... Well... got hold of a grinder, a sawzall, and a sweet deal on a miller 251 MIG....


    I had no lift, or friends...

    Did a bunch of stupid stuff....



    Wife didnt care for the bear trap bitch seat, or the well thought out directionals....


    Got some DOM tube
    bad fit..

    learned to cope with an angle grinder...



    better fit...


    Tank had an ungodly hole in the middle which I learned to form metal with crude tools...





    painted it flat black, added a pinstripe sticker... and called it a day....

    designed a new air intake... CAD ROCKs....

    started to fab it out of emt....

    hated it, and did this....

    looks betterer..
    .
    Thats it in a nutshell basically..... Did all the fab work, paint (its rattle can), complete electrics in the garage with fairly primitive tools with the exception of the MIG... Any questions, ask away.... the kicke is after all the horse trading with old parts for stuff i needed i'm into the build for about 3-400 bucks...
