Hello. I've been riding for many years and have had a 1987 EX500 for several of them now. I've run it at New England Dragway in Epping NH a few times. So far I've turned 14.01 @95.5mph when I was 225lbs. She had 32k, all stock, the carbs need cleaning and the clutch didn't feel great. No need to heat the tire on this torque monster! Not quite like my brothers gsx1000. But a heck of a blast for every day riding down the Maine and New Hampshire back roads. Even the rain isn't too bad on this rocket.
