Hello from upstate NY

Alright, not sure how I didn't find this site before but hey, I am signed up now.
A bit about myself; My name is Zach, picked up my first bike in Oct of 07, completed my MSF about a month or two later and have put on over 60k miles since. I am on my 3rd and 5th bike now. Started on a nightster, added an 84 goldwing, traded the nightster for my streetbob (current), sold the goldwing, bought a Ninja 250, gave the 250 to my girlfriend and bought a Ninja 650 (current).

For the past year I have been saving up and getting the stuff I need for track days and on the 22nd of July, I did my first track day with Penguin Racing School. YAY!!!! Best FN day I have had on two wheels!!! So I signed up for the next track day .

I still need a suit and boots and I think I will be going through spartan leathers for the suit since I am not an "off the rack" kinda build. Hopefeull next year, I will have everything so all I need to do is sign up for track days.

OK, so on to pics, but first a disclaimer: I do have a Harley but I am a ATGATT, stock pipes, mid controls so I can get off the seat during some fast cornering kinda Harley rider. There, I said it.

Thanks guys. Yeah, as far as the miles go I am lucky enough to be able to ride to work. I have good rain gear and gerbing heated jacket and gloves. My riding season doesn't end until salt is on the roads. I did the riding on salty roads once and was scrubbing the bike for over an hour trying to get it all off in below 30 degree temps. *sigh, never again. That day I vowed to admit defeat when salt touches the road during winter.

LOL OK, you got me, I know I am just outside of the New Engalnd area. I live outside of Albany, but the amount of activity I see about my "local" track, how could I not join?
