Hey everybody,

I've actually posted a few times already without introducing myself, oops!

I'm looking to get back into riding after a 4 year hiatus, the 1st summer after my daughter was born I put on maybe 2000 miles, seemed pointless so I sold my baby (not my daughter). I've enviously gazed at the lucky folks enjoying two wheeled bliss ever since, and finally I think I've got the time again. I'm kinda torn though, the dangers of riding are making me think... Not too much though!

I've probably put about 50-60 thousand miles on the road in my motorcycle career over 8 years. Started with an 81 XS650, great 1st bike. Then bought a brand new ZR750 in 2001, I loved that bike, great 2nd bike. After two summers I knew the sportbike side of things was where I wanted to go so I threw down on a leftover ZX9. Whoa was that bike fun, 400 mile days were too easy, except for the sore cheeks from smiling so much (maybe the other cheeks were a little sore...).

So I'm still without a bike, actively looking though, hope to pull the trigger sometime in April when my finances are in order. I'm definately staying with a sportbike, liter displacement, lots of grin factor. Hope to hook up with you guys this summer!

What's up guys, I'm in W. Warwick, the armpit of RI. Well, I work in Pawtucket, so... I either live or work in a smelly netherregion full of crazies. And not the cool kind of crazies, the crazy wacky kind.

So us RI boys are gonna have to head up north and west as a pack, scare some women and children! I lived in Northampton for a while and I know the roads out there, puts the scituate reservoir to shame! One problem though, still no bike!!! Hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Good call ri-gixxer, I thought of the same thing. So Woonsocket is the armpit, West Warwick is the heel, Pawtucket is the toe cheese, and Central Falls is the taint. Yea, that's about it... oops, forgot, Jamestown is the balls.
