N00B in VT...

Hey ya'll, I got introduced to this forum by "mike" at the Sport Bike Meet at Circuit City, Sept13...thought I would register, drop by and see what it's all about...maybe bring a few friends along with me too.

I'm Jerry.







I guess I should give a LITTLE more info about myself;
I have been riding since age 13 or so, have own/ridden many different bikes/brands over the years, had cruisers, tourers, sport and Dual purpose bikes as well...right now my main ride is a '02 Gen1 Yamaha FZ1, no mods, totally stock, well ok, except for shoes (Conti Road Attacks)...as I get older I find I like the more upright riding posture the FZ1 affords. I traded my FZR1000R in for my FZ1 if that tells you anything, but don't let that fool ya, I LOVE to tear up the twisties so if a ride is on and you are anywhere near T-rd or EP-rd, let me know, I'll be there....I have been a member on another forum for 5+ years now, but most of the peeps there are all over New England and most of them are southern to me, so it's nice to find a forum where a lot of the members are local (Burlington, Underhill, Etc....)
So, thats all for now...oh yeah, looking forward to seeing some of ya Tuesday(s)...

Don't forget, we have some mighty fine breweries here too! Long Trail, and Rock Art, The Shed, Switchback, Trout River, Magic Hat, Otter Creek and those are just the beers...of course we have Wineries too...(won't get into THAT list just now, as I have been told, "I talk too much"...See previous post...he he)
