    New from NH

Just wanted to check in and say hi, I got my mc license a few months ago on my old honda beater but just picked up a gsxr 600. I know hold the laughter, it was in great shape and a good deal so I bought it and no I don't wear flip-flops I wear all my gear and have been driving like a granny.

First off, welcome to the clown car.

About your bike--> We all have to start somewhere, right? At least you're up on two wheels.

    Ride safe!

I really had my heart set on a honda f3/f4 but couldn't find anything decent for the life of me, but I do like my bike and it's a start. It's better than my 85 vf700

I like to shoot competitively and am a member of a few firearms forums and you should see those guys when a new girl says hello, now that's funny.

Few and far between in this region perhaps.

Not to piss in your Cheerios but there are plenty of women in the south that ride......."plenty" as in "more than you think", and "ride" as in "let's take an 848 with 600 miles on it and go drag a knee for the afternoon"...yeah, it's like that.

I've ridden on the street with girls, raced with girls, even been beaten by girls (both at Loudon & dirt tracks)... I've taught girls, been taught BY a girl and I work with girls up at the track. It ain't no thang.

Most guys just haven't been put into those situations... remember, us men are simple & we get confused easily

Welcome to the forum, newbie... and a gsxr 600 is no laughing matter Unless you hit a clown with it

There are some nice roads in Hudson I forgot about. I remember a little residential mini-mountain range that was pretty fun once all the kiddies went to bed.

    I hear ya.

I recently returned from a fly-n-buy and got to witness how much beauty the south has to offer....TN, NC, northern GA, VA....all very nice scenery.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to get down there and keep my current wages...
