Smile New to Riding in VT (burlington Area)

    Hey all,

Got sent here by the Ginger twins (hoping you guys will find me on here)....and I am looking for people to ride with in the Burlington area.

I am down for going fast, but I am NOT stupid about it.....aka I won't do 140 on the freeway then go 40 through a corner that anyone with half a brain can take at 75.

Im always down to ride unless I am working.

I can't imagine why you'd say such a thing, or where such a thought would have come from...

Um.....maybe because I take them at 60+ in my Truck, and just about everyone I know takes them at at least 70, even when riding conservatively....it made me not want to ride with people anymore....but only for a second, then I remembered that there are some people out there who know how to get off their bike and take a corner!

Re: New to Riding in VT (burlington Area)

I ride really slow on my gixxer 1k. And everyone knows they are slower than CBR 1ks, and ZX-10s, etc. I even shift at the speed intervals in the manual...1st - 2nd @12mph, 2-3@19, and finally into 6th at 37mph.

Oh hi. You should check out the rest of the state too. Lotsa good roads. And NH is cool too, all over the white mtns.

I wasn't at bike night, had to make the slow broken bike a slow fixed bike. Sometime soon though when I won't get hypothermia on the way home.

basicly rode with someone who was riding painfully slow.....if i take a corner in my truck at 60 there is no reason in hell why anyone would have to take them at 40.....

Oh and no worries.....i am fine with "dirty looking tires" no armor all for me!

means he thinks you're cute. Or could be cute. Not that cuteness really matters. Picture a horny woodchuck humping the leg of a deer...

That would require you to actually RIDE your bike more than a few miles Doc. Are you into the double digits with miles you've ridden this season? I just broke 2200 last night and I know Parker is close to the same.

How long have you been riding junior? I have more TRACK miles than you do in your whole body.

Did you pack that exhaust yet?

You know, I always thought that the GTs were going to scare all of the girls away, but they're actually attracting them to BN, like moths to a flame.

Well done, GTs. Keep up the good work.

I'm just yanking your chain Doc. We should take LadyTaTa over to T**** Road and Rt. 17. Mostly because I'm tired of you and Bill and EVERYONE talking about it and I haven't ridden T**** Road yet.
I'm waiting for the exhaust repacking kit to come in. Snail mail is . . . . well . . . . slow.
