i was sent over here while i was in search of a more local gathering of clowns... and from the Forum Rules i read while signing up this looks like it's exactly what i was lookin for

jk, i'm not one of those complete hard core 'saki heads... i just liked the zx-6r the most out all the bikes i've ridden

02SuperHawkRdr & Honclfibr are right, it's a stock paintjob (though i'm guessin pinhead's just givin me a hard time

) .. and i like it that obnoxious.... means more people around me can see me. And if you think the bike is bright, you should see the jacket that came w/ it

it's my first bike to own, not my first to ride. i just bought it last week, but took the MSF course about three years ago & plan to take the advanced rider course as soon as my bank account has recovered from the biggest spending spree of my 24 years alive

hope to learn from you guys & see plenty of you out there on the roads

Welcome aboard. The first bike I bought was also a ZX6R. It was a great bike, and I enjoyed it quite a bit...until it was stolen

The SRNE ERC on 7/25 is only $100. Try to scrape together the funds, it will be well worth it.

ERC=Experienced Rider Course

The SRNE one is being taught by experienced road racers with a sport riding bent. It should be quite fun and educational.

i wish i was joking when i couldn't figure ERC out for myself. I'm too used to the acronym ADC (advanced driver course) so i didn't even think of "experienced"

sounds like a freakin blast... but w/ only about 300 miles of riding under my belt, i think i'll have to sit this one out... But it sounds like too much fun to miss once i get more riding under my belt... i'll get it next time around
