    new rider from Nashua

    just got my license not too long ago....this is my first riding season and I'm really looking forward to going on some great rides before I upgrade from my '95 Ninja EX500.

    gear? ha! I ride with shorts, sandles, a t-shirt or white beater if I'm feeling especially rebellious!!! Actually, not really. I have the basics for gear (helmet, gloves, joe rocket riding jacket). I wear the helmet and gloves at all times and the jacket if its not too hot out, or if I'm going on a longer ride. By the time I decided that I wanted a bike it would have been too late to sign up for the course, so I decided to get my 30 day permit and learn on my own. As for your friend in Litchfield, I'd love to go on a ride with anyone that's willing.
