    true exempt from Vat but be sure that US customs tariff doesn't put the price out of range.

    Some times it is better to pay higher shipping because UPS and DHL and the like have an agreement with customs for a $1200 personal exemption.

    The postal service has no such agreement and full duty comes into play.
