    As of 5:00 4/6 we’ve made 137 holders, and Trimech made some for me as well. Delivering 30 today.

    Each one uses 1.99 cu in of material and the cartridge holds 42 cu in, so we can make 21.1 cartridges per spool. The “.1” may seem spurious but the machine meters it so precisely that it started the build with 1.42 cu in left, paused, and unloaded the old material. Popped in another one and we’ll keep trucking. Stopped building Friday to take a break and replace one of the feed tips: otherwise the machine has been running continuously since Weds March 26th.
