I'll be going this year for sure. In MA though its kinda hit or miss due to the restrictions on rifle hunting, but I may be going up to Canada for Caribou, or Elk.

If I get anything tasty I'll be sure to share

    MMMMM, MEAT

But when we ride very fast motorcycles, we ride with immaculate sanity. We might abuse a substance here and there, but only when it's right. The final measure of any rider's skill is the inverse ratio of his preferred Traveling Speed to the number of bad scars on his body. It is that simple: If you ride fast and crash, you are a bad rider. If you go slow and crash, you are a bad rider. And if you are a bad rider, you should not ride motorcycles.

There is a paradise up in Canada for deer hunting....it's an Island...can't remember the name...my dad went once, he said if you don't come back with a few deers, it's because you can't hit and you're an idiot. LOL Deers are all over the place, even in the villages on the streets, eating from people's hands. lol

I live across the street from an Elk farm, so if you want elk meat I can get the number from the guy and he will probably ship you some. The only part that sucks is that he charges RIDICULOUS amounts of money for it - $22 lb. for tenderloin steaks, and $5 lb. for sausage.

    Elk? What is that?

$22/lb seems expensive for any kind of meat...

Sweet shit! We will be staying in the Beartown state forest for the week. The ATV's are comming so there might be some riding going on as well. We have allready got our time off and plan to be there either Sat. or Sun so we can set up multiple stands to use.

Who in here go deer/moose/caribou hunting?

Just got back in from bow hunting. This time of year most of my free time is spent in the woods either for deer, or out with my labs looking for bird. Usually have at least one deer by now but they are just not coming in close enough for a clean shot yet this year. Very big into hunting all types of wildlife.

Like I have said in some other post my wife and I eat very little store bought stuff. And if lucky enough to get a third deer I donate it to the food bank to help feed the hungry in NH.
