    EZ Pass

I need to fly out the western MA unexpectedly. Will an EZ Pass work if in the clear top pocket of a tank bag?

It should. You can also add your plate number to your account on the website (at least in NH) and even if it doesn't get picked up, they'll use the plate to charge your account.

It rarely works for me wherever I put it, but I've never had a problem because they have my plate on file.

    odd considering its upside down.
i keep mine in the trunk/under the rear seat. works most of the time. dont really care if it does or not though. i refuse to put it in a spot that i have to remove it every time i stop to prevent theft

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

Just add your plate to your account and put the transponder in a drawer somewhere. We have 1 transponder for 7(?) vehicles.

Just make sure you have it with you when you go to NY.

Mine would not work at the toll booth on the Bear Mountain Bridge, which has a lift gate... Fortunately, there was room to ride around the gate.

If you really think about it, theft isn't too much of a concern. If it gets stolen, every time it gets used they have the plate number on the car using it. A thief would be pretty damn stupid to use the thing.

    Besides, they are free.
