Need some info on purchasing fireworks in the NH area.Anyone know of any good places? Will they refuse to sell to someone from out of state?
I may be heading up in a few weeks to get some for my kid for the 4th.
Can you give me the run downs..pros an cons on purchasing them.Im kinda concerned about crossing the border with them but im not going up to buy thousands of dollars of crap either.Maybe a few hundred dollars in rockets and shit like that.My son loves them jumping jacks.
Thanks,
Jay
I don't know the ins and outs of what place is best, but I do know this, MA staties sit on the borders looking for illegal fireworks coming into the state mostly around the major holidays, I would wait until a few weeks after memorial day before you go to buy them. And obey all traffic laws on the way home as to not draw attention to your self.

Good tip.......I thank you
I wonder what the skinny is if someone from NH crosses the border with fireworks? Does it matter if your not a Mass resident?

Ma residents can get better stuff than the NH crowd. Telling the guy you got 150 cash you want to get rid of for some "better" stuff" helps in some places.![]()

It's legal to sell the good stuff in NH, it's just not legal to buy it if you're a NH resident. If you have a Mass license, you'll be able to buy the good stuff in NH. That's what I was told last time I tried to buy the big boomers up here anyway...
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
I know a place just over the border. You tell the guy you wanna see the real shit, and they take ya outside to the storage trailer, and hook your ass up!![]()

There is a place in Amherst on 101.
It would be totally reasonable to ride up through the twisties West of Nashua, and then buy some fireworks, and then head right back down the same way.
I lived right on the NH/MA border on Rt. 3 the last 2 years though and I never saw staties inspecting anyone.
