That sounds like something you'd see on Diesel Brothers. Such a horrible show...

That was it, redneck car show at its finest right there. But the truck they did was pretty cool, imo. And what is with the trend of bedlining vehicles? I was feeling pretty lazy this weekend and was watching some car shows, they sprayed more trucks/jeeps/orv with bedliner than I cared to watch.

It's really cheap, really rugged, hides everything, and takes almost no skill to apply well. Perfect for covering crappy workmanship or for situations where the vehicle is going to get beat up anyway.

My favorite vehicle build show for now is "Bitchin' Rides". I can do without the silly contrived drama that all those shows seem to think is necessary, but the build quality, artistry and engineering is really impressive. I would love to see a show about the Ring Brothers. They build some incredible cars too, even better than Kindig, IMO.

Bitchin and Iron Works are my current favorites.

Google taught me it's called Iron Resurrection and it's on Velocity, not Iron works - my bad.

I like those shows too. Also a fan of the Edd China parts of Wheeler Dealers. I don't care much for the wheeling and dealing, I just like the details of the repairs.

As much as the cars are amazing, I simply can't watch Graveyard Carz. Maybe if it was on mute. Holy fuck that dbag is annoying.

Bitchin' rides is great, they do some really cool mods and builds. The other show I can't stand is weekend garage or garage crew or whatever. They seem to get way too much accomplished in a short period of time. Too much drama as well.

I used to really enjoy watching Power Block on Spike. It was always kind of dumb with the shtick but there was some cool fab work and neat builds. Now those shows are basically just advertising. Lame.

I am ashamed to say I clicked. I think they listed every pickup on the US market. Even the goldenboy Toyota was listed; both taco and tundra.

I like how this thread has evolved form happy homeowner pickup suggestions, through TV show reviews and click bait discussion, to enlarged balloon knots in just 2 pages. Welcome to January.

The f150 is going to get a 6cyl diesel option for 17 too, I'm assuming because the dodge and Nissan are selling well.

Damn WRX, had to replace the battery this morning. Only 22k on the car and the battery is toast, not helping itself for not being traded in......
