But when we ride very fast motorcycles, we ride with immaculate sanity. We might abuse a substance here and there, but only when it's right. The final measure of any rider's skill is the inverse ratio of his preferred Traveling Speed to the number of bad scars on his body. It is that simple: If you ride fast and crash, you are a bad rider. If you go slow and crash, you are a bad rider. And if you are a bad rider, you should not ride motorcycles.

Heh, I didn't know Oakley made watches...

I am a bit of a watch freak myself, but mostly analog style stuff...

    Tag Heuer, Movado, etc...

One of these days I'll make enough loot to buy the Patek Phillippe I really want

Until then, I scour ebay for pawn shop rolexes and tell myself I won't think about who's wrist it was cut off of *cough*

    WHOAH!

Damn, they have some nice original designs.

I might just have to add one of em to the collection.... Whats the quality like? Anyplace you can recommend that I can go to take a look at this:

in person? (or any of the time bomb series...)

I may just need to add that one to the collection!

Hey Ben, I came across this and immediately thought of you!

Actually this is my watch, but mine has a black face.

The thing is invincible other than the freakin chrono hand!

I'm not so crazy about swiss watches but the sapphire face rules... no more scratched watches.

Just gotta make sure to take it off when working on the bike, etc.. as it will scratch most stuff.

Hey Ben, I came across this and immediately thought of you!

Also have one of these for fitness stuff:

It can store a few hours of heart rate data and then you can upload it to the PC.

Also has interval timers for workouts but I've never really used that.

Go with a simple heart rate monitor if you get one... the data logging is overkill.

Overall I like classic looking watches though.. you won't see me wearing this one very often.

That Oakley is ... You'll be seeing that in the next Crib's!

I'll stick with my Tag and Citizen Navihawk.

Hey Ben, I came across this and immediately thought of you!

That Citizen is a bit large/busy for me but I would love to have a solar or perpetual watch.

Sending them back in to get them resealed after a battery change sucks!

Hey Ben, I came across this and immediately thought of you!

    Why would I need that...

I almost always have my cell phone, which has a basic calculator if I need it.

I don't know where or why I would use it. E.x. you might say I would use it when riding but I never wear a watch riding cause I don't like the way it feels on my wrist.

BTW you look like a goofball trying to check your wristwatch while you're riding. You already took your dash gauges apart once to put that indiglo crap in, why don't you cut out a little window and put a clock in it?

Hmm... you got me. I have a red pair & a black pair of cycling gloves.

All I meant is you look like you're having a seizure every time you start jerking your arm to try and see your watch.
