    Housing IAO Concord, NH

A friend of mine is taking a job in Concord and they are looking for housing in the area. It's him and his wife plus a really well behaved 4 year old. They are looking for rentals anywhere within a half hour of the area. I think they would prefer a sfh but not 100% sure. If you know of any places or good neighborhoods for them to research I'd appreciate the reckmrecommendation.

Within 20 minutes of Concord gives a pretty wide range (that's good).

Everything from downtown condos (downtown is relative, downtown Concord or downtown Manch) to horse farms.

Any additional information on what they are looking for would be helpful. More urban(ish)? More rural? Neighborhoody? Isolated? Price range?

Neighborhood would be good for the kid. Rural is better than urban. He is ex military and in school. They are not downtown condo kind of people. Not sure on their price range. I guess 750-1250 per month. An isolated sfh would be great too. He is used to having a garage, had bikes in the past and has and had a full compliment of tools going with him so storage would be huge.

    Just some ideas.

No specific location provided in this add, but an idea of what's available...
Lacks garage, but woods and space (according to the add). Loudon is certainly more rural.

    3Bed 2Bath Home

Contoocook is nice. Especially if schools are a consideration.

    house for rent

Contoocook as well. Outside price range, but garage and basement.

Yea you really can't go wrong with any of the towns just outside Concord. I grew up in Contoocook and now live in Loudon. They all offer up anything from condos/duplexes to single families. You'll probably get the best bang for the buck out of a duplex for renting IMHO. Plenty of nice neighborhoods full of them around here. What kind of time frame did he have in mind?
