    how do i go about finding out which bank owns a vacant house at certain address?

    When you say vacant, do you mean it is forclosed or is it condemned?
    My cousin can prolly get this info for you iunless someone else here can.

    Go to the registry of deeds website and look it up.

    That's how I found out everything about our current house and all the other houses we looked at.
