Getting blasted here in Falmouth. Still have power though so not complaining. Some friends/family in midcoast are seeing bad flooding along Rt 1.

Might try to hit Shawnee on Monday, conditions are shaping up to be amazing.

How far up the mid coast, Camden? Looks like winds are still strong tomorrow, probably not much spinning. And tbar is no good with a snowboard!

Another high tide coming after midnight, hope any damage is minimal.

6"-7" dunno, haven't been outside, trying to judge from the amount of snow on the cab of my snowblower from a distance of 100 feet looking thru venetian blinds and a screen

That moment when you're gearing up to go clear your driveway, look out the window and discover your neighbor has done it for you. People can be awesome.

My driveway is somewhere under there. I got a guy coming to plow/shovel. And plenty of beer.

Not sure if its the placement of my house or what, but it feels like we have 1.5 feet in Boston proper. Its terrible. I've been shoveling forever.

I hear we got a bit. I'm stuck in Missouri, can't get back until Saturday due to the closures.

That’s so up my alley it hurts. I have a 5 foot tall solid snow wall at the beginning of my driveway that is going to cost me a fortune.

Boston got pasted. Wind was 30mph gusting to 45 and Logan reported 51. The 1pm high tide was 12.1 feet and there was flooding at the Aquarium T station and Northern Ave, along with the usual places.

Here’s the SNE NOAA Snowfall reports. Dot got 16”, not too heavy but wind-whipped. Everyplace in SNE got at least 10”

Seems like even though we had the obligatory snowmageddon frenzy, complete with supermarket rushes and pre-closures of tons of things, they actually UNDERestimated the (inland) accumulation on this one. No matter, happy to say that my overpriced lawn/garden toy made the cleanup fun.

    Re: How's your snow?

I can't tell if it was because of the wind or not, but when we got home last night around 5PM we shoveled probably 14 inches in Fitzwilliam NH. This morning woke up to another 1-2 inches, but that could have been from blowing snow.

I gave that new 68" blower a proper workout last night. Bunch of drifts were over the top.

We were in the high teens. 18" measured on the deck.

My arms are going to fall off. I'll deal with my car later. Its time for coffee.

I'm kinda sold on an EGO electric snowblower so I can just bring it in the basement, but now part of me is thinking I should have built a bigger shed for a proper gas model.

    Re: How's your snow?

plowed the Woburn mall all morning, day, night and into this morning and they Definitely got at least a foot, hard to tell when your plowing it all day.. Was digging out some of the loading docks with 3ft drifts though, the wind was the killer in this storm... When I left at 1am they were still chasing the snow drifts. Was so much snow my company is breaking out the snow melters today, they're gonna have work for the next 2 weeks melting all this shit around Ma.
